Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods (such as sales or holidays), processing may take up to 3–4 business days.
Delivery Timeframes
- United States & Canada: 7–10 business days
- International (EU, UK, Australia, Middle East, New Zealand, Asia): 14–21 business days
Note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to monitor its journey.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not control these fees, as they are determined by your local customs authority.
Shipping Responsibility & Delivery Issues
Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays due to:
- Carrier issues
- Strikes
- Customs clearance
- Weather events
- Holidays or service disruptions
If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, and shipping insurance was not selected, we unfortunately cannot reimburse or replace lost or stolen items. We strongly recommend choosing insured shipping if you are concerned about delivery reliability in your area.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Partial Shipments
Depending on product availability and warehouse logistics, your order may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking details for each individual shipment.
