90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Tried Products)

If you’ve used the product as directed and are not satisfied with your results, you’re covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee.

  1. Applies only to products that have been used or tried.
  2. Valid within 90 days of your original order date.
  3. Limited to one refund per customer (first-time order only).
  4. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  5. Customers must provide clear before and after photos as proof of consistent product use.
  6. Contact us at help@zyphlara.com with your order number and photos of your product to begin your claim.

30-Day Return Policy (Unopened Items)

If you decide not to use or open your product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

  1. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
  2. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  3. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly marked on the product page and are not eligible for a refund unless defective or sent in error.

Return Address

Return Address will be released after approved return.
